Hydraulic Repair Birmingham
Mobile hydraulic hose repair across Birmingham, from the city centre sites out to Tyseley, Aston, Erdington and Longbridge.
Birmingham is where most of our work is, and it is not a single kind of job. A hose down on a city centre site and a hose down on a yard in Tyseley are different problems even though the repair is the same.
City centre and Digbeth
Central sites are usually tight, gated and running to permit hours. The repair itself is rarely the slow part. Getting a van somewhere useful, getting through the gate and working around whatever else is moving on site is what takes the time.
Tell us what the site expects when you call. If there is an induction, if plant has to be isolated, if there is a delivery window we have to fit into, all of that is much better known in advance.
The industrial belt
Tyseley, Small Heath, Aston, Nechells and Witton are where the yards are. Plant hire, waste transfer, metals and general industry, and a lot of machines that work hard and get looked at rarely.
These are the sites where a proper hose inspection tends to pay for itself, because we usually find several assemblies that are visibly finished on machines nobody had flagged.
South and north
Longbridge, Northfield and Kings Norton at one end, Erdington and Perry Barr at the other. Both directions are straightforward to reach outside peak hours and slower during them, and we will be honest about which one you are asking for.
What we do while we are there
The immediate job is normally a hose replacement made up at the machine. If we are already on site it costs you nothing extra to have us look over the rest of the hoses on that machine and tell you which are close, which is often more useful than the repair itself.

Common questions
Can you get to a city centre site?
Yes, though city centre work is more about access than mileage. Loading bays, permit hours, gated compounds and the Clean Air Zone all shape how a visit runs. Tell us where the machine actually is and what the site expects, and we will plan around it.
Does the Clean Air Zone affect a callout?
It affects us rather than you, and it does not change what you are quoted. Where a job sits inside the zone we build that into the price we give you on the phone, so there is nothing added afterwards.
Do you cover the whole of Birmingham?
Effectively yes, from Longbridge in the south to Sutton in the north. The B postcodes are our densest area of work simply because that is where most of the plant is.
How quickly can you get to a Birmingham site?
It depends where you are and what else is on, which is why we tell you a realistic arrival time on the phone rather than quoting a standard figure. Birmingham traffic makes a promise of "within the hour" meaningless at four in the afternoon.
